medico

So I finally made an appointment to have professionals look at my hand, but only because parts were going numb. However those parts are fine today. My appointment is on Monday, and I'm seriously considering cancelling it.

Sure my hand has been hurting for the past month, but is that really unusual? I don't think so. Does it compromise my normal functioning? Well yes, but only a little. Sure I don't have much fine motor control anymore, but I'm not as young as I used to be. At least I can still hold my night water. And that is what really matters.

...In other unrelated news, I understand more now how folks can say with a straight face: It wasn't my fault; I tripped. It's not that I think they are no longer responsible for their actions, but sometimes things happen. They aren't what you planned, maybe they are what you feared/hoped for, but sometimes things happen.
