sometimes, being there for people, even just the act of listening, is more difficult than learning german by living in jamaica.

it crushes, and makes breathing a task you concentrate on.

this is the time to use a lifeline, to phone a friend. not to vent or complain. just to remind yourself that you aren't alone in the dark.
